Tchaikovsky’s Wife

Tchaikovsky’s Wife is a Russian biographical drama about the tumultuous relationship between Pyotr Tchaikovsky, the most famous Russian composer of all time, and his wife Antonina Miliukova. Her love for him turns to obsession when she is rejected, as Tchaikovsky struggles with his homosexuality. Alyona Mikhailova excels as a woman driven to madness by a doomed marriage.
