Minari (2021)

Minari is an Oscar-winning, tender and sweeping story about what roots us. The film follows a Korean-American family that moves to an Arkansas farm in search of their own American Dream.

The family home changes completely with the arrival of their sly, foul-mouthed, but incredibly loving grandmother.

Amidst the instability and challenges of this new life in the rugged Ozarks, Minari shows the undeniable resilience of family and what really makes a home.

Minari stars Steven Yeun (best known for The Walking Dead), Yeri Han, Alan S. Kim and Yuh-Jung Youn.

The film did exceptionally well in the 2021 awards season and was nominated for six Oscars including Best Picture. Yuh-Jung Youn took Best Supporting Actress.

This film is in Korean and will be shown with English subtitles.
