Kneecap (2024)
This is the real-life story of how an anarchic Belfast trio became the unlikely figureheads of a civil rights movement to save and reinvigorate the Irish language.
But they must first overcome police, paramilitaries and politicians who try to silence their defiant sound, whilst their anarchic approach to life often makes them their own worst enemies.
Kneecap is Ireland’s entry for Best International Feature Film at next year’s Oscars.
In English and Irish Gaelic with English subtitles.
