4K Remaster: Central Station (1998)

The Regal Cinema’s World Cinema series presents the “big hearted Brazilian road movie” Central Station which has been beautifully restored in 4K.

Central Station was nominated for two Academy Awards in 1998 and features a landmark performance from Fernanda Montenegro.

The film follows the emotional journey of a former school teacher, who writes letters for illiterate people, and a young boy, whose mother has just died, as they search for the father he never knew.

This film will be shown in Portuguese with English subtitles.
