The Regal Cinema is perfectly suited to private hire. The stylish interior and bar, combined with state-of-the-art facilities, means we can offer exceptional, inimitable packages for individuals and businesses.
Private Event
A private event at The Regal Cinema costs £450. Fordingbridge Regal Cinema Club members can hire the cinema at a significant 20% discount of £360.
A standard event lasts for four hours and includes use of our bar and auditorium with the necessary staff and volunteers present to facilitate this.
This package is designed with parties, celebrations and socialising in mind. It is customisable and includes options to pre-order popcorn or other snacks, pay for corkage, bring your own food, have an interval and so on.
Private Screening
A private screening at The Regal Cinema costs £300. Fordingbridge Regal Cinema Club members can hire the cinema at a significant 20% discount of £240.
With our Private Screening package you and your guests have 30 minutes to use our bar before your choice of film begins at the pre-agreed time. When the film finishes all guests must leave promptly.
This package is designed to be streamlined and more in line with a ‘traditional’ public screening at our venue; it has limited customisable elements.
Off Peak Screening
A weekday-only screening at The Regal Cinema costs £250. Fordingbridge Regal Cinema Club members can hire the cinema at a significant discount of £200.
Our most affordable option.
With our Off Peak Screening package, there is the option to hire the cinema between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, subject to availability.
As with a Private Screening, you will have 30 minutes before the film starts to use our bar. Guests must leave the cinema by 4pm.
Availability
The cinema is available for evening Private Screenings on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays only due to our public screenings on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Private Screenings and Private Events may be held on Sundays.
Please be aware that Saturday hires are not available at any time.
